JXL Tool continues to offer high-tech bonding wedge solutions designed for deep access applications, as well as standard wire feed angles. Our Vertical Feed/Deep Access bonding wedges offer effective solutions for maintaining maximum looping and tail control.Our product line encompasses a wide range of Vertical Feed/Deep Access bonding tool solutions suitable for manual, semi-automatic, and automatic bonding equipment.

You have a choice of at least three material options to consider: Tungsten Carbide, Titanium, and Ceramic. Additionally, our vertical feed bonding wedges are available with 45-degree, 52-degree, and 60-degree feed hole angles.

Recognizing the complexity of today’s Vertical Feed applications, JXL Tool understands the need for gold bonding of .0007” diameter wire. Our extensive expertise in micro-machining has enabled the development of wedges for even .0005” (12.5 micron) wire diameter, incorporating bond lengths of .0005” (12.5 micron) and feed holes of .001” (25 micron).

JXL has introduced an exclusive design, the "A8D" option, tailored for Vertical Feed/Deep Access applications. This feature ensures maximum control during the looping and feeding operations of your equipment and is highly recommended for achieving optimal Vertical Feed/Deep Access performance. Please note that the A8D option is not compatible with F&K Delvotec and Hesse Mechatronics machines.
