RW Ribbon Wire Bonding Wedge Tools

The ribbon wire bonding tools are designed similarly to the M series bonding tools but feature a horizontal slot instead of the traditional round wire feed hole. This slot is custom-configured to accommodate the dimensions of the ribbon, with thicknesses ranging from .00025”/6.4µm to .0020”/51µm and widths from .0020”/51µm to .0200”/508µm.
